Jeff grew up in Elkhart, Indiana and moved to Hartland in 1999. He and his wife Pam have four children and two malte-poos. He is the grandfather to seven grandchildren.
Jeff has worked at all levels of manufacturing. He started as a bench hand at 18 and progressed to a machinists, quality manager, and plant manager. During that time his attained his Bachelor's degree. His favorite part about his job is being part of a team, including with his sons Ryan and Craig.
As a co-ownner, Jeff wants both customers and suppliers to look at BT Aerospace as a great partner!
